We know everyone is very excited about ZenniHome, so we wanted to provide you with an update as to where things currently stand as of April 2022.
Factory Update
We took possession of our factory in December, 2021 and are in the process of developing the production line. The ZenniHome factory is proudly located on the Navajo Reservation in Page, Arizona near the awe-inspiring Lake Powell. Our factory building is situated on the site of an old generating station that was recently de-commissioned. This is a large area with other buildings on site that we might be able to utilize for future expansion.
At the moment, we are building two prototype units, one Citizen and one Denizen. These units will allow us to fine-tune our architectural designs before going into production. We hope to have these units completed by May, 2022.
We should begin production by June, but will start slowly with production building up to 6–7 units per day out of the Page facility by year-end.
Showroom Update
Many people have been asking if they can see our homes in person. The plan is to have both a Citizen and a Denizen available for viewing around September of this year. The location will be 29 South Robson in Mesa, Arizona. We’re very excited to have the public see our incredible ZenniHomes in person. We may also have a couple of units available at our factory in Page, so stay tuned for more information.
ZENCITY Update
One of the remarkable elements of ZenniHome is the fact that the units are so well built that they can be stacked one on top of the other (up to 7 floors) to create multi-family dwellings. Developers have been lining up to place orders to do just this. Our first ZenCity project will be at 29 West Main Street in Mesa, Arizona (near our showroom). This amazing development encompasses an old bank building right in the heart of Mesa, near the MAC (Mesa Arts Center) and light rail. This 90-unit apartment complex will begin construction in September of this year. Stay tuned for more information.
Delivery Update
Once we reach full production we anticipate it will only take a few months to deliver your ZenniHome.

Pricing
Our goal at ZenniHome is to bring high quality homes to the market at an affordable price. Our homes are built with high grade steel and other costly materials. While we are hoping to meet a base-price target of $75,000 for the Denizen, and $100,000 for the Citizen, we will not be able to firm up final pricing until the factory is fully operational (ETA Q4 2022).
Like all other commodities in our world today, we may need to adjust prices based on supply and inflationary forces out of our control.
